D'étranges complicités... Des agents israéliens ont formé et continuent à former des paramilitaires colombiens ...


L'entraînement qu'ont reçu les chefs paramilitaires principaux et les plus connus de la part d'ex-officiers de l'armée d'Israël liés aux services de renseignement de ce pays, des USA et de la Colombie, démontre l'ingérence du gouvernement colombien et des gouvernements étrangers dans la création de l'appareil répressif paramilitaire colombien.

Avant de disparaître mystérieusement, Carlos Castaño, peut-être le paramilitaire le plus puissant qu' ait connu la Colombie, écrivait dans ses mémoires : "Mon idée des forces paramilitaires, je l'ai copiée des Israéliens". La phrase est passée inaperçue, brouillée par les récits terrifiants des massacres qu'il avait ordonnés comme commandant des Auto-défenses Unies de la Colombie (AUC). Mais derrière cette phrase se cache l'un des chapitres les moins connus de l'histoire récente de la Colombie : les mercenaires. Les mercenaires ont entraîné et armé les paramilitaires durant leurs premières années d'existence, sous la houlette de chefs d'entreprises et des forces armées. De nombreuses questions se posent sur le passage de ces mercenaires par la Colombie, mais tous les témoins de cette époque se retrouvent autour du même nom : Yair Klein.

Klein est né en 1943 dans le kibboutz Nitzanim, l'une des coopératives communales créées par le mouvement sioniste en Palestine au début du XXe Siècle. En 1962, 14 ans après la création de l'État d'Israël, il s'est volontairement engagé dans la brigade de parachutistes de sa jeune armée. En peu de temps il est devenu instructeur de l'école de parachutistes et, tout de suite, il a rejoint un corps d'élite entraîné pour accomplir des « missions spéciales ». Dans cette unité militaire, il était chargé d'assassiner des Arabes palestiniens qui collaboraient avec les forces israéliennes de sécurité et étaient suspectés d'être devenu des agents doubles. « Quand un mouchard fixait un rendez-vous qui ne coïncidait pas avec les plans des hautes sphères, alors ils étaient sûrs que nos mouchards étaient devenus les agents doubles. C'était l'occasion de les liquider. Je recevais personnellement l'ordre d'un supérieur. J'ai liquidé des gens sans les regarder en face. Le jour suivant, ils étaient récupérés par le service de sécurité », a-t-il raconté de nombreuses années plus tard à l'hebdomadaire Tel Aviv.

Dans l'armée israélienne, Klein est devenu le sous-commandant de cette unité d'élite appelée Harub. Quand elle fut démantelée, vers le milieu des années 70, il est revenu au corps des parachutistes, au sein duquel il a été nommé sous-chef de la zone de la vallée de Beït Shéan, jouxtant le nord de la Cisjordanie. Là il est revenu à ses « missions spéciales ». Il a commandé des opérations de capture de miliciens et de réfugiés palestiniens qui essayaient d'entrer depuis la Jordanie sur territoire dominé par l'Israël.

Il s'est retiré de l'armée en 1977 et, un an plus tard, il a monté l'entreprise Spearhead (Fer de Lance), par l'intermédiaire de laquelle il s'est consacré à l'exportation d'armes et d'équipement militaire. La compagnie est presque secrète. Elle n'apparaît pas sur Internet, excepté quelques mentions dans des articles de presse, et on ne connaît pas ni sa direction ni ses activités actuelles.

Mon homme à Medellín

Après une affaire ratée avec les Phalanges libanaises, Klein a décidé de tenter sa chance en Colombie. Les versions varient sur qui l'y a attiré. Pour la justice colombienne, le mercenaire a été invité par le Cartel de Medellín de Pablo Escobar, alors caché derrière une association regroupant des grands propriétaires fonciers du Magdalena Medio. Mais l'argent avait été mis par Uniban, la principale société exportatrice de bananes du pays. Bien que l'entreprise n'opérât pas sur la zone, il était convenu qu'une fois formés et entraînés les groupes antiguérilla se déploieraient sur ses terres pour garantir leur sécurité.

L'autre version a été diffusée par Klein lui même il y a sept ans. « J'ai été en Colombie sur invitation des USA, point barre. Tout ce que les USA ne peuvent pas faire parce qu'il leur est interdit intervenir dans les affaires de gouvernements étrangers, ils le font, mais, bien sûr, par d'autres moyens. J'ai agi avec licence et permission en Colombie", a-t-il confié à la revue de Bogota Semana. Klein ne se référait pas à des permissions légales. Les gouvernements israélien et colombien lui ont refusé la permission de vendre des armes et de faire du conseil dans ce pays. Mais l'étranger a bien reçu une aide officielle.

Un rapport du service colombien de renseignement, le DAS, assurait déjà en 1990 que tous les mercenaires (notamment Yair Klein, Melnik Ferry et Tzedaka Abraham, NdT) qui arrivaient au Port Boyacá - siège des camps d'entraînement - étaient escortés par des responsables ou du personnel civil de l'armée. Cela fut confirmé plus tard par Luis Meneses, un capitaine à la retraite, condamné pour être passé chez les paramilitaires. Selon son témoignage, ce fut l'armée qui a invité le mercenaire israélien et ses compagnons d'armes à entraîner les forces paramilitaires naissantes. Et pas seulement cela : l'institution aurait mis les 80.000 dollars que coûtaient les « séminaires » et les armes.

On n'a en revanche jamais pu vérifier la participation des USA dans cette affaire. Cependant, une série de documents déclassés du Département de l'État et de la Défense démontrent que les services US de renseignement savaient qui était Klein et ce qu'il faisait en Colombie. Ils consacrent même tout un rapport à développer son profil et ses contacts possibles avec le pouvoir économique et politique de la Colombie. Son nom apparaît aussi dans une longue liste de « narcotrafiquants connus » de la région. Le hasard a fait qu'il se fasse remarquer pour être mêlé à deux noms célèbres : Pablo Escobar, alors tout-puissant, et l'actuel président Alvaro Uribe.

La mauvaise éducation

Ce sur quoi il n'y a aucun doute en revanche, ce sont les "séminaires de formation" qu' il a donné pendant son séjour en Colombie. La brochure de son entreprise, Spearhead, promettait un entraînement physique, des classes théoriques et des exercices réels sur l'usage d'explosifs, d’ armes de guerre et de matériel d'espionnage. Il a donné le premier cours, avec deux autres ex-collègues de l'armée israélienne, au début de 1988. Cela a duré deux mois et il a été réalisé dans une ferme du cartel. Escobar lui-même et les autres chefs narcos passaient de temps en temps par la ferme pour contrôler leur investissement. Ils ont payé 2.500 dollars par élève, bien que sur 80 débutants, seulement 34 aient réussi. Les autres élèves ont abandonné où sont morts dans des exercices de combat. La majorité de ceux qui ont survécu ont gagné une place pour le deuxième cours.

Cette fois ils ont choisi le Marécage de Palagua - aussi à Boyacá-, juste à côté des puits de l'entreprise pétrolière US Texaco. Ils étaient seulement 22 élèves et ils se sont spécialisés dans des explosifs. On leur apprit tous les types de bombes plus ou moins artisanales - télécommandées, avec horlogerie, avec câbles, batteries, etc.-. Le coût a été entre 75 et 80 .000 dollars et seulement quatre élèves ont été reçus. Klein a aussi profité de ces mois de stage pour inclure quelques cours sur la torture. "On pendait la victime par les pieds et au-dessous de la tête on faisait un feu, en le laissant brûler peu à peu", a témoigné, le paramilitaire Alonso Baquero, alias « Vladimir ».

Les lauréats de ces camps - parmi eux les frères Castaño, Carlos et Fidel, considérés comme les pères des forces paramilitaires - ont été responsables de plus d'une dizaine de massacres et d'attentats. A leur crédit figurent les attaques dans les années quatre-vingt-dix contre le siège du DAS, la revue El Espectador, l'assassinat du gouverneur d'Antioquia Antonio Betancur et les massacres des paysans du Magdalena Medio. En 2001, une Cour colombienne a condamné Klein et les autres mercenaires à dix ans de prison par contumace.

La coopération militaire entre Israël et la Colombie continue encore aujourd'hui. Récemment la presse de Tel Aviv a révélé qu'un général de réserve, Israel Ziv, est l'un des conseillers pour la sécurité du gouvernement d'Alvaro Uribe. Cependant, Bogotá continue à ne pas pouvoir avaler les mauvais coups de Klein. En août passé, le mercenaire a été arrêté à l'aéroport de Moscou par Interpol. En moins de 24 heures, le ministère colombien des Affaires étrangères avait déjà présenté une demande d'extradition, qui n'a pas eu de suites, probablement à cause des pressions du gouvernement israélien. L'ex-colonel continue d'entretenir de très bons contacts dans son pays, particulièrement avec l'actuelle présidente de la Cour Suprême, Dorit Beinish, qui a évité qu'il soit condamné pour sa participation au scandale mondial de l'Irangate. Pour beaucoup d'analystes, Uribe a bien essayé, mais sans trop faire d’efforts, de mettre cette affaire au jour. Après tout, Klein représente encore un chapitre de l'histoire colombienne dont beaucoup à Bogotá veulent pouvoir tourner la page.

et ben oui malereusement c'est ce que font les juifs et c'est ce qu'ils on fait avant...... et c'est comme ca qu'ils on reussis a faire accepter a la france d'envoyer des francais
