wow i just saw spike lee`s When the Levees Broke. it was defintely one of the most depressing stories i have ever watched on tv. in some scenes i couldn't hold my tears, becaus what happend to these people is just crasy and no1 seems to cary about them. i don't understand why americans are so proud of their country, i can't see any reason for that. then they go to foreign countries telling people that they care about their future, free democracy and shi**. damn how are they supposed to do this, if they give a shit' about their own people. usa really sucks! if this happened to morocco you may find some excuses, lack of money or whatever but this is simply unbelievable.

what you are trying to say? remember the last earthquake in morocco.... morocco is a poor country. do you agree? ... still they did anything that normal human beings would do to help other normal human beings. they even accepted help from algeria. of course there are still underdeveloped parts in morocco (the country as a whole is underdeveloped) but that is mostly due to corruption. but things are lightening up a little bit, since h6. so please stop comparing morocco with usa.

Rescue

A Moroccan rescue operation - including army and paramilitary police personnel with helicopters - has been sent to help survivors and to search for victims, Reuters said.

Morocco's King Mohammed Vl has gone to the region.

France is reported to be preparing to send emergency teams if necessary.

my brother was an evacuee or refugee or whatever the fuck they want to call it from new orleans during katrina...it took them days and days with a 3 and 1 yo kids to just get out from the state of louisiana then he was able to fly his family up north.

i then made the trip twice with him from New York (where i was living) to get his stuff and put his house for sale...

his wife and kids never went back...they are completely disgusted with her having emotional breakdowns over this period of her life.

it was so fucked up....never witnessed anything like that in my life....you just can't put it to words....they let people die and help never came...failed motherfucking state...fuck' em.
