Youssef Rabeh quitte l'équipe nationale

(TheAtlasLions.com) Olympic international and Levski Sofia defender Youssef Rabeh (22) has announced his international retirement days after Morocco's defeat against Botswana.

Rabeh explained that his decision is due bad management of Moroccan FA (FRMF) and for the difficulties he experienced with the Olympic team, like paying for the airplane tickets and medicines, from his own pocket and for the fact that it is hard to break through into the first team.

Rabeh quit from both the Olympic as the Moroccan first team and will focus on his club and hopes to get a contract with a club like Liverpool.

But now he quit as international it will not be easy to get a work permit in England.

Rabeh shined as star with Morocco U20 in the 2005 World Youth Championship when Morocco finished fourth. Rabeh was considered by experts as the next Nourredine Naybet.
