Learning english in England

Hi everybody!

I am a french student and I would like to pass a year in London in order to perform my english.
I am in my last year of engineering high school specialized in material.
I search an organism which permit me to have english lessons and to have a job in england in a company. There are a lot of oganisms but they are very expansive and the salary of the job do not permit to pay a part of the formation.
If you know an organism or a association which permit to have an english formation and a job, which is not too expansive, please give me the information.
