i know that any one of us has an idea about working women outside home . so you can particpate here by exchanig the ideas about this topic .

nowadays ,The work of women is a debated issue . There are people who are in favor of women s work and others are against .and women have gone through along struggle in order to achieve the position they are in now . Personally i am in favor of women who work because they have shown to be a successful in all areas just like men . Life is much diversified because you can find women wherever you are .But a woman before she decides to work she has to agree with her husband about the care of the house and the children. Women have to work in order to to generate their own income because a working woman who gets its own income gets the financial autonomy .Also a working women is defintely more respected when she has its own income .generally , the participation of women contribute positively to the progress of the country country .so, whether they like it or not , men have to accept the presence of women in many domains especially that women are better suited for some jobs or professions than men and women today have begun assuming their positions by using all their God given powers of intelligence and organizeation they have proven to be as successful as men and this is a reality that no one could ignore it .

but imagine a wife works outside home and a husband works too.and little girl is coming from school to find the home empty .what is going to happen to this girl.who can take care of this girl.

I find normal that a woman also work because she has studied as a man and that's her right to work.
Regarding the little girl,well, when a woman become mother, she can finish her work earlier to be there for her child. A lot of woman do that and there is no problem.
