I want to study in the USA

hello !
i want to study in the states ,i will have my bac in 2010,i want to study computer science or something related to computer because i love that. the maximum my parents can pay is 12.000$ for my studies including tuition and fees , housing in campus and all other stuff (books ... )
Please tell me if you know some good universities where i can study and where i can have scholarships and financial aid (in big or medium cities if it is possible) , i'm ready to have a part-time job to help a little bit and tell me how i'm going to proceed .

Hard to say...It depends on where you want to live and on the what your needs are.

it is sufficient in most of cases if you are not a super consommer ( raisonnablement ) but it is depends to the universtiy -- some universities are so expansive even for the american people --- & the state or the city (Y)

NB: colleges are chiper than uinivesities
