Study in Texas

salam Hello every body

i am a young moroccan from Salé
i applyed to University of texas at San Antonio UTSA to Spring 2010 (i used the website applytexas.org to apply for admission.

i received today a mail from them

they asked me to to continue the application by sending some needed documents :

1st : we require Confirmation of Financial Resources with bank statements attached.

that's ok but i wanna ask u dear brothers how much money i need to get in my compte ?? and what is the details required ?!!! what is the procces if my brother is a resident in US & he is who ll pay the fees of study


2nd : An official transcript from Moroccan College/University

is that means the Bac ( 12years dplm ) ?? or other attestation ?? i am not a student in any moroccan university ;; this is my first year in ista (dessin de bâtiment )

3rd : """An evaluation of your foreign transcript(s). All prospective undergraduate students who have attended foreign institutions must provide a detailed evaluation of foreign cousework. UTSA accepts evaluations from the Foreign Credential Service of America (FCSA), located in Austin, Texas. FCSA charges the student an evaluation processing fee.""

what that means , need infos about this evaluation of foreign cousework ??? ;(
