Well there's certainly no reason why they woud not let you in with an expired ID. All they want is to locate you in their system, so an expired ID will do, since you're travelling on a foreign passport.

I hold a canadian passport, which i use to travel, but i also hold a moroccan one. So instead of having my canadian passport stamped, i usually give them the moroccan one to enter the country, and the canadian one to leave. No questions asked.

yeah but the pb it's to renew this ID
And I don't want the moroccan passport coz it's expensive and I really don't need it except to go to Morocco. Really I don't care and they are very silly sometimes coz they don't want considere me like a french, I have a brown skin so I'm moroccan....
Some tunesian friend had the same pb in morocco, coz the customs though that they are moroccan (they don't speak arabic) and they had to argue that they are tunesian and they don't speak arabic...

Listen my friend you are making something big out of something small.... from your replies I sense that you are somehow very concenred and may be this could even preventing you from sleeping peacefully at night!!

Why don´t you just find out on the Internet or make quick call and find out for yourself ... it´s that simple ... If you don´t know and you think you are not really finding the correct feed back , then ask the system , if you make a single phone call (that is if you get through to any lousy official) they ought to tell you straight away...

I think this the best answer to your question.

The consulate gave me a call a few minutes ago and they explained me what to do.
Remember, I sent them an email, but I didn't believe that they read their emails....
And they read it..............

I have all the informations now.

I have to send a copie of the expired ID and passeport + 6 ID pictures + a proof address (bill or bank statement).
They will transfert my file from the french Consulate to London.
They will give me a call to come to London to Renew the ID. And they send it to me when the ID is done

TRY TO RENEW IT BEFORE
they told me that moroccan customs can annoy you....
at least you can travel with the receipt they will give you while awaiting your ID....

Ok I just talk to someone from the moroccan consulat it was very very funny, what service lol, well I talked to the guy in english he was respecting me then when I start to speak arbic he changed complete lol

I call them to ask about the papers that I need ans so on, anyway god bless the moroccan service lol,
