I'm afraid that's would be the case!!
a friend of me was in USA and he told me he hasto wait 4 or 5 years to bring his wife in US.
But another friend brought his father in less than that!! Ask moroccan people there, they will tell you how to do!!

like in france: the process to bring them in the country is not the same
but i don't even know an american law of immigration so i wont be able to help him

I don't really know if there's a difference between father and wife coz I'm not in this case and I'm not working in an immigration office as it seems to be your case lol

thanks bakero, my husband can't waite more than 1 year, I heard that it is possible qu it joined me in the first 6 months if not it will wait 4 years minimum but I do not know if this solution exists

in france and in the USA the laws are not the same! absolutely not
so am not able to help her!
