yes anyone can apply for it,and yes once you'll get you'll be able to come.

and you apply for it at the embassy in casa....

i heard it's a long process and expensive but i think it's worthed.....

She is talking about the lottery. You apply for it through an american immigration website and it's not that long. For example , people who apply this year and get selected will be able to be in the US in 2008.

I Kknow what she was talking about,but those are still 2 years.you are right you can apply through the website,i know peaple that did id through the embassy.

You still have to go through the embassy for the interview and all the administrative stuff but the applications are accepted only through the website.
