there is NOTHING to do in Quebec come at least to montreal..........all the fun is in montreal

For the visa you'll have plenty of time and concerning the bursary I think you should apply by the 10th of may. Try calling them in a few weeks and explaining your case 3la llah (and good luck for understanding their accent )

Since he's not here he has to do it through the "formation des cadres" thingy. The ambassy process is just for students in Canada.

Don't believe milady. The residences at Laval are full of moroccans. That's why I hate going there. Too much tberguig
